Is it safe to pay with credit card?

You can do it safely through our secure server, which encrypts all the information sent. The secure connection is established between your browser and our server based on technology called “secure server software” (SSL). In order to increase the security of the process, you will be asked for a second number, on the back of your card, called CVV2.

How do I know the purchase was successful?

Once you have selected the games you want, filled in your personal data and chosen the type of shipment, you will have to complete the purchase by filling in your credit card or other payment method, confirming the entire transaction. A Confirmation Page will automatically be displayed on the screen and sent to your email once you complete the purchase. If you do not see/receive the Confirmation Page, please contact CardsLab (geral@cardslabgames.com).

What are the available payment methods?

The only available payment method is credit card.

There are no additional fees associated with the available payment methods.

Is it possible to return games? What should I do if a game is broken or incomplete?

We accept returns within 14 consecutive days (from the date of delivery) provided they are in perfect condition and in their original packaging (without having been opened and used). The games must be shipped and the shipping costs are your responsibility. If the game is in the conditions described above, we will refund the game amount. In case any game is defective, we will exchange it and the shipping costs (return and new delivery) are our responsibility.
